Manages all drivers who are broken down, ensuring expedited and cost controlled resolutions to situation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage drivers that call in with breakdown and ensure timely communications. Ensure proper diagnostic evaluations are completed to identify root cause and determine solution. Determine best route of action and manage drivers to that end accordingly. Ensure all estimated cost are previewed and verified, and all approvals attained. Manage drivers and occurrences by ensuring communications with all departments on status, cost and estimated down times. Manage outside vendors to ensure timely repairs and service. Manage and maintain computer integrity in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a good relationship with the drivers while managing repairs.
