About the Role
The Service Advisor is the vital link between our customers and our service technicians. You are the first person customers see when they bring their vehicle in, and the person who keeps them informed and confident from drop-off to pick-up. You translate customer concerns into clear work orders for the technicians, explain repairs and costs in plain language, and make sure every customer leaves satisfied and safe. If you combine automotive know-how with genuine customer care, this role is for you.
