Service Advisor

Service Advisor – Multi-Franchise Dealership
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy multi-franchise automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, previous franchised dealership experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)


• Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence


• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership


• Multi-franchise dealership experience advantageous


• Experience with Keyloop DMS highly advantageous


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel


• Excellent communication, administration, and customer service skills


• Stable employment history with contactable references

Preferred Franchise Experience:
OMODA, JAECOO, Chery, Lepas, TATA, or iCAUR.
