A leading commercial vehicle dealership is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop. The successful candidate will manage service bookings, job cards, customer communication, workflow coordination, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the repair and maintenance process.

Requirements

• Matric or higher qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Service Advisor or similar role.
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence.
• Experience within the automotive, truck, or commercial vehicle industry advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage job cards, quotations, invoicing, and workshop scheduling.
