Server Delivery Operations Specialist The Server Delivery Operations Specialist tracks, organizes and maintains operational data, and assists in project management to support the daily operations related to data center infrastructure and environment. Responsibilities: • Maintain various operational data according to established templates and rules, regularly output basic analysis results, and support project decision-making and resource planning. • Use Microsoft Excel to filter, organize, and aggregate multi-source data (including filtering, basic formulas, pivot tables, etc.), supporting project meetings, stage reports, and operational reviews. • Assist with project management tasks, including: tracking task status, updating project plans, organizing meeting minutes, maintaining lists of issues and risks, and ensuring that responsible persons complete rectifications or handling on time. • For data anomalies, process bottlenecks, or delivery risks, record, report, and follow up accordi...
