SEO Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO strategy for client accounts to drive measurable search performance
• Work within a revenue-generating pod alongside account managers and content specialists
• Provide strategic insights and deep-dive reasoning behind SEO decisions
• Proactively solve problems and bring new ideas to the team rather than just executing tasks
• Occasionally participate in client calls to present work and strategy

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional SEO specialist experience
• Proven career progression in previous roles (avoiding frequent job-hopping)
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex reasoning
• Clear spoken English
• Ownership mindset and a highly strategic approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work with US Eastern time overlap
