Senior/Technician / Service Engineer - Aerospace Composite Specialist

Location: Aero - 507 Airport Road, SG

We are looking for detail-oriented and safety-conscious Technicians to support our production operations. This role involves manufacturing and repairing high-quality composite components by preparing molds, laying up materials, curing parts, and performing finishing and inspection work in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and safety standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine layup, trim, and assembly requirements.
• Prepare molds and tools, apply release agents, and set up materials and inserts for composite layup.
• Lay up composite materials (dry fabric or prepreg) into molds, ensuring correct ply orientation, overlaps, and fibber alignment.
• Mix resins/adhesives, apply bonding compounds, vacuum bag assemblies, and cure parts in ovens or autoclaves according to specified cycles...
