**Senior/Staff Ultrasound System Engineer - Medical Device (San Diego, CA)**
We are seeking an Ultrasound System Engineer to engage in the design/development of our next generation Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) products that are helping to save lives around the world.
**Your role:**
+ Design, develop, integrate, and validate ultrasound imaging systems and subsystems.
+ Collaborate with hardware, software, mechanical, and clinical engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
+ Develop and evaluate system architectures, signal processing performance, and overall system functionality.
+ Perform system-level testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
+ Help translate marketing/customer requirements into engineering specifications.
