Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive and accurate physiotherapy assessments during client admission, periodic reviews, and at discharge.
- Choose relevant and specific outcome measures to assess therapy progress effectively, facilitating timely clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with clients and involved parties to establish individualized, SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals.
- Plan and deliver physiotherapy treatments that are person-centered and grounded in evidence-based practice.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, interventions, goals, and outcomes in accordance with established protocols.
- Share assessment findings, treatment strategies, goals, progress, and discharge plans with clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the safe and effective use of rehabilitation tools and technologies and provide training on assistive devices where appropriate....
