Key Responsibilities

• Advising banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers on corporate lending, syndicated loans, and acquisition finance transactions
• Handling project finance and structured finance mandates across the region
• Advising on green, sustainability-linked, and Islamic finance transactions
• Assisting with debt capital markets work including MTN programmes, bond issuances, and sukuk
