Senior/Contracts Manager (Project Tender)

Lead and oversee the overall tender planning and execution process, with a focus on tender strategy, cost control and key decision‑making support.

Provide professional guidance and quality review to the existing tender and quantity surveying team, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness of tender submissions.

Utilize local market knowledge to review, benchmark, and optimize pricing for key work packages and trade items to improve overall tender competitiveness.

Work closely with China‑based tender leaders to support major project tenders and participate in pricing reviews and tender strategy decisions.

Review drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements to identify risks and provide cost optimization recommendations.

Guide and improve Bill of Quantities (BQ) breakdown, cost analysis, and cost database application to enhance tender standardization and accuracy.
