Daily Scheduling
Plan and coordinate field technician assignments, handle urgent job reallocations, and ensure readiness for next-day deployments.
Job Reassignments
Manage last-minute changes due to medical leave or unforeseen field issues, reallocating jobs between in-house and partner technicians.
Parts Preparation
Review service appointments and assign necessary spare parts for engineers ahead of schedule.
Workshop Management
Maintain workshop cleanliness, oversee appliance scrapping, refurbishment, and stock cycle counts.
Technical Support
Act as first-level support for service engineers and mentor junior staff on technical issues.
Vehicle & Documentation Upkeep
Manage SE vehicle requirements (road tax, licenses) and ensure accurate job and asset documentation.
Audit & Compliance
Support adherence to company policies and participate in internal/external audits (e.g., ISO, IC)....
