Senior Workforce Solutions Advisor

About the Role

As a Senior Resourcing Advisor, reporting into the national Workforce Solutions Manager, you will unlock resourcing support for the Consulting practice on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring current and future engagements are appropriately resourced by deploying local talent and leveraging broader workforce solutions such as offshore, contractors or secondments.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Workforce Solutions team, Advisory Partners, Engagement Managers and Resourcing Champions to provide solutions to resource requests and optimise utilisation across the Advisory practice.
• Analyse capacity, constraints and demand trends to provide insights to senior PwC stakeholders and strategically allocate and re‑allocate resources to meet evolving business needs.
