Position Summary
Manage crew scheduling, assignment planning and rotation schedules for Marine Operations
Support workforce planning activities, including par level planning and resource forecasting
Develop and implement efficient scheduling solutions that meet fleet and operational needs

This role is responsible for workforce planning, scheduling and logistics for specialised Marine Operations crew. Working closely with operational leaders, you will help ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time, while supporting fleet requirements and workforce planning processes.
