Senior Workday HCM Consultant – Global Expertise

PwC Argentina is seeking a Senior Associate to configure and support Workday HCM across Absence, Compensation and Talent. You will manage tenant configuration, security, and business processes for large multinational clients.

The role requires 4+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience, strong HR process knowledge, and proven ability to work with global tenants. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders across regions, and ensure compliance with SLAs and data protection.
