Job Description & Summary

We are PwC Argentina, a leading firm in the market providing Audit, Consulting, Tax, Legal, and Outsourcing services. We have 7 offices located in Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mendoza and Rosario, where we serve the needs of our local clients. Through our Acceleration Center, we also export knowledge to PwC’s global network, primarily to the United States and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM and related functional areas (Absence, Compensation, Talent).


• Manage tenant configuration, Business Process Frameworks, and functional/security dependencies.


• Support end-to-end annual cycles (performance, talent, compensation) for large user populations.


• Perform mass data operations using EIBs, MOM, calculated fields, purging, and tenant migrations.
