Senior Workday Configuration and HRIS Analyst

The Senior Workday Configuration and HRIS Analyst is the person who makes sure our People systems work the way they should: accurate, efficient, and easy for employees to use. You’ll spend part of your time ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and part of your time improving on status quo: building new workflows, cleaning up data, and finding ways to make processes less manual and more scalable. We’re looking for a Workday HR Analyst who can help us with employee inquiries, implementations, systems builds, and integrations - someone who can take business needs, translate them into system requirements, and deliver solutions that work.
