Responsibilities
- Advise the Country Head on people strategy, align local HR priorities with global frameworks, and drive workforce planning, talent, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead HR governance, regulatory reporting, and risk management, ensuring compliance with statutory, audit, and internal control requirements.
- Oversee Employee & Industrial Relations Management, union engagement, and negotiations, ensuring fair practices and legal compliance.
- Adapt global HR policies and processes to meet local regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate system implementation and audit readiness.
- Embed global people strategies locally, support senior leadership on critical HR matters, and enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
