Senior VP, CRE Debt & Equity Financing

WelcomeLend is seeking a seasoned CRE capital markets professional in Dubai to own the full deal cycle, from sourcing opportunities to closing. You will build long-term relationships with borrowers, lenders and sponsors, lead debt placements, and provide market-informed guidance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in CRE capital markets on the debt side, strong underwriting and term sheet negotiation skills, and a track record of closing institutional-level transactions.
