Senior Vice President

Insight Global are seeking an SVP, Client Service Executive for a large global financial services organisation building out a new client success function within its Corporate Trust Structured Debt business.

This position requires 4 days onsite in London, Manchester, or Dublin. It is a senior, client‑facing role acting as the key escalation point and strategic advocate for high‑value, complex clients including banks, private equity, and private credit funds. Sitting above day‑to‑day operations, this individual will focus on enhancing client satisfaction, resolving sophisticated issues at root cause, and improving overall service delivery across the organisation.

You will collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to drive solutions, influence change, and ensure a seamless client experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgement under pressure, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
