Senior Vice President, Real Estate & Corporate Counsel

Aldar Properties is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to oversee a broad portfolio of real estate transactions, advise on UAE onshore and ADGM matters, and support corporate initiatives from a real estate perspective.

You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, manage external law firms, coordinate with Finance, Strategy and Asset Management, and drive risk mitigation across local and international deals.
