Senior Vice President - Field Sales Regional Manager

The Field Sales Regional Manager is a senior management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to execute against key portfolio strategies in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to Citi clients and to drive management teams to meet sales targets.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Manage a staff of Regional Managers that oversee Sales Representatives team including, developing goals and responsibilities, assisting Regional Mangers in monitoring results, and assessing the effectiveness of Sales Representatives and Regional Managers in the field
+ Develop product level strategies for the Partner consumer and commercial products to ensure delivery of financial plan
