Senior Vestibular Therapy Leadership Role

Take your vestibular therapy expertise to the next level with Lifemark's Senior Leadership Role. This position focuses on patient care, staff development, and quality assurance across Canada.
In this Senior Leadership position, you will dedicate 4 days to direct patient care and 1 day to supporting the Vestibular Program at Lifemark. You'll be responsible for standardizing clinical protocols and enhancing therapist satisfaction and retention. Work closely with provincial leaders to drive innovations and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop vestibular therapists and RDs
• Support regular quality audits and patient feedback collection
