+ **People management:** Local management and training, close interaction and engagement with Valuations team across locations
+ **Governance and Controls:** Ensure adherence to governance and controls of Fair Value through the review and oversight of Fair Value Adjustments (FVA), Independent Price Verification (IPV), and Prudent Valuation Adjustment (PVA).
