Vacancy Description
- Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or equivalent.
- Must have minimum 6-8 years of experience in UX Research with minimum 4-6 years of experience in qualitative research methods including both traditional and modern approaches
- Must have experience in qualitative methods and qualitative analysis techniques – thematic analysis and affinity mapping & producing deliverables – service design blueprints, journey maps, and process flows.
- Experience in defining research objectives to support the entire product lifecycle and applying user insights and synthesise timely insights into coherent, actionable deliverables
- Experience collaborating with Product, Tech, Data, and Business partners and strong understanding of product design processes and emerging technologies.
