As a Senior UX/UI Designer for Growth at Lodgify, you shape the visitor-to-trial journey with high-end visual polish and data-driven design. You will craft high-converting landing pages, sign-up flows, and activation moments that accelerate user activation and growth. Working closely with Growth PMs, marketers, and copywriters, you translate behavioral insights into persuasive interfaces and scalable design systems. This is a product-led, experimentation-driven role that directly impacts acquisition, activation, and self-serve growth.
