Role Summary:Lead and drive end-to-end UX research, derive actionable insights, and influence product and business decisions across complex, cross-functional environments.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Complex UX Projects- Plan, design, and execute end-to-end research initiatives- Derive deep user insights from qualitative and quantitative data- Translate insights into product, UX, and business recommendations- Define research roadmaps aligned with product strategy- Own research across multiple domains (e.g., automotive, enterprise tools, digital ecosystems)- Handle ambiguity and shape problem statements- Drive discovery and validation phases in product development2.
