Senior UX / Product Designer

Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end user experiences for external client portals, dashboards and insight consumption platforms. Translate complex data, analytics outputs, ML insights and AI-generated outputs into intuitive user journeys and interfaces. Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and usability testing to inform product design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows and high-fidelity designs aligned to business and customer needs. Define and maintain UX standards, design systems and interaction patterns across digital products. Collaborate with Product Owners, Full-Stack Developers, API Developers and Solution Architects to deliver user-centred solutions. Ensure consistent design language across portals, dashboards, APIs and AI-driven interfaces.
