Senior UX Director

**Overview**

Microsoft’s commercial web team is evolving how customers discover, evaluate, and engage with Microsoft products and solutions across the web. We’re building scalable, customer-centered experiences that connect design, content, data, and AI capabilities to create more intuitive and effective digital journeys.

We’re looking for a Senior UX Director to lead the commercial web UX function and shape the strategy, governance, and evolution of Microsoft’s global commercial web experience. This leader will own the UX vision across high-impact customer journeys, scale the commercial web design system, and guide the next generation of AI-assisted and personalized web experiences across Microsoft’s commercial portfolio.
