**Description**
Support critical electric distribution projects focused on wildfire mitigation, grid resiliency, and infrastructure improvements. This role combines utility design, GIS/CAD drafting, field assessments, and project coordination while offering a **flexible hybrid schedule with 1–2 days in the office and occasional field visits** .
**What You'll do,**
+ **Design & Grid Resiliency:** Design electric distribution projects (overhead and underground) from initiation to completion, with a heavy focus on fire mitigation, pole replacements, and system hardening.
+ **Technical Drafting:** Create, update, and revise construction sketches, drawings, and joint-use proposals using client’s proprietary GIS platforms and drafting software.
