Key Responsibilities Utilities Management & Data Analysis - Analyse electricity, water, sewer, refuse, and utility consumption across a diverse commercial property portfolio
- Monitor utility trends, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions
- Produce portfolio dashboards, KPI reports, and management reporting
