Virtual Clone is a specialist offshore accounting partner supporting accounting firms and businesses across the UK and Australia. Founded in 2009, we are a team of nearly 250 finance professionals delivering bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, management accounts, year-end accounts, and tax support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts for UK clients.
• Handle month-end and year-end accounting assignments.
• Prepare and review financial statements under FRS 102/105.
• Assist with corporation tax and personal tax return preparation.
• Work closely with UK-based managers and clients.
• Use cloud accounting tools including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Dext, Taxfiler, and IRIS.
