Senior UIUX Designer

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape the design of a data-intensive digital platform used by a range of stakeholders across the maritime sector. This is a chance to design for complex, operationally-relevant workflows, working from research through to a polished, scalable interface.

You'll work closely with product management, engineering, and our existing design team member, translating complex requirements into clear, usable, and accessible interfaces — as a cross‑functional partner rather than in a design silo.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research and ideation for new MDT product concepts, from problem framing through to design solutions.
• Design interfaces for data-dense, complex digital tools, ensuring designs remain clear and usable for a range of user types and use cases.
