Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Training Representative position at our Northshore Mining facility in Silver Bay, MN. The objective of this position is to ensure that hourly and salaried employees in Plant Operations and Maintenance are trained to a standard that supports safe, environmentally responsible, quality, and productive work being performed. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Silver Bay Plant training programs. This position will prioritize, organize, plan, and arrange execution of training for all Silver Bay Plant employees. This position will lead and collaborate with our union training coordinator to create consistency of content in training sessions and create accurate training records in a timely manner.
