Vacancy Description
•Develop programmes/materials/methods through identifying of training needs and provide trainings to all business segments within CFS and across regions.•A recognized bachelor's degree in business, banking and finance and related fields.•At least 5 years of relevant banking and investment experience.
•Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact and effectiveness.
•Ability to work in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary framework.
•Great training aptitude and teaching capabilities.
•Good powerpoint and time management skills. Only shortlisted candidates will be identified.
