Senior Total Rewards Specialist

kaWan Food in Klang City, Malaysia is looking for a HR professional to support Compensation & Benefits programmes and initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in market benchmarking, prepare salary increment proposals, and manage relationships with insurers and third-party administrators.

You should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
