The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Total Rewards Partner to join our global People team. This is a highly operational role with an equal focus on benefits administration and broader Total Rewards programs. As the sole dedicated Total Rewards team member supporting these regions, you’ll play a critical role in owning and executing key programs while serving as a trusted subject matter expert across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can operate independently in a fast‑paced, global organization.

In this role, you’ll lead benefits administration across EMEA, APAC, and Canada while supporting global compensation programs that help attract, retain, and support our employees worldwide.
