Senior Total Rewards Lead Europe (Remote)

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Partner to lead compensation practices for Europe and defined client groups. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable compensation, and regulatory compliance in a complex matrixed environment.

This is a fixed-term assignment through 31 December 2027, with responsibility for regional programs across Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Switzerland, and the UK.
