Senior Tender Executive

The Senior Tender Executive will oversee the end-to-end tendering process for adventure construction, hospitality, and destination development projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai involves identifying tender opportunities, analyzing requirements, coordinating clarifications, and preparing comprehensive technical and commercial submissions. The individual will liaise closely with engineering, design, finance, legal, procurement, and operations teams to gather accurate data, cost inputs, and project schedules. Responsibilities include managing tender documentation, tracking deadlines, ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal standards, and supporting negotiation and handover to project teams after award. The Senior Tender Executive will also contribute to bid strategies, maintain tender databases and records, and support continuous improvement in tendering tools, templates, and processes.
