Senior Tender Engineer-Services

We are looking for Senior Tender Engineer to join our team in Qatar to own the end-to-end tendering/quotation process for Services opportunities, delivering accurate, compliant, and timely technical-commercial proposals that strengthen customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Analyze customer requirements and RFQs/RFPs; clarify scope, assumptions, and deviations early Lead customer meetings/workshops for scope clarifications and solution preparation Respond to customer queries and provide timely technical clarifications during the tender phase Prepare comprehensive quotations based on schematic/single line diagrams (SLDs) and customer specifications Configure and price solutions using Schneider Electric quoting tools and relevant business systems Submit complete tender proposals within deadlines; conduct follow-ups and support negotiations Support contract/terms alignment by coordinating inputs and approvals from internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and required approvers Support...
