Job description Role: Associate Outbound Voice with Cross selling, Lead Generation, Activation & Retention. Note: This position is on-roll of HGS for a year. Address inbound queries and provide accurate information about Banks services. Promote and sell banking products, primarily credit card services, insurance. Follow a consultative, customer-first sales approach. Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports. Share market feedback with the product and marketing teams. Eligibility Criteria Minimum Graduation (any stream) is mandatory. Age: 18 to 33 years Good communication skills in English.
