Senior Telecom Engineering Lead – Onshore Oil & Gas

Duncan & Ross is seeking a highly experienced Lead Telecom Engineer in Dubai to lead the design and engineering of telecommunications systems for large-scale onshore oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including extensive knowledge in FEED Detailed Engineering and Detailed Design phases.

Responsibilities include leading engineering scopes, ensuring compliance with standards, and mentoring junior engineers. Prior experience on ADNOC or other major Middle Eastern projects is a strong advantage.
