Senior Technician - Electrical (Automotive)

Job Purpose

To carry out advanced electrical and electronic diagnostics, fault finding and repairs on customer vehicles across a wide range of Nissan and Infiniti models using manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams and repair procedures in accordance with OEM standards and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve the agreed targets for Sold Hours, Efficiency, Productivity and Overall Utilisation.
• Perform diagnostic electrical and electronic subsystem repairs in accordance with approved repair procedures, wiring diagrams and manufacturer specifications.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and rectify vehicle faults.
• Record any additional repair work or recommendations using the E‑Estimate digital application and update the Team Leader accordingly.
• Receive repair orders from the Team Leader and fully understand the scope of work before commencing repairs.
