Senior Technical Support Engineer — AI-Powered Fleet Platform

Motive is seeking a Sr. Technical Support Engineer to own, diagnose, and troubleshoot cases in Technical Support. You will train and guide teammates, alert stakeholders on trends, and work with the Technical Lead on larger issues.

You will communicate with customers, analyze data with Grafana, DataDog, Redash, and Dynamo AWS tools, and help resolve issues with minimal disruption. You will mentor others and contribute knowledge-base articles to uplift the team.
