Senior Technical Solutions Engineer - Platform

P-1382; This role is hybrid with 3 days in our São Paulo office.

As a Sr. Technical Solutions Engineer, you will provide technical support for the company Platform related issues and resolve any challenges involving the the company unified analytics platform. You will assist customers in their the company journey and provide them with the guidance and knowledge that they need to accomplish value and achieve their strategic goals using our products. They will look to you for answers to everything from basic technical questions to complex architectural scenarios spanning across the entire Big Data ecosystem. You will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Solutions.
