Senior Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent, with a deep understanding of the tech landscape, including software engineering, ERP, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies. You will work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and implement strategic hiring processes to find the best candidates to drive our company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of technical roles.

Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both passive and active candidates, leveraging various platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, job boards, social media)
