Senior Technical Product Trainer

Responsibilities

• Creates, adapts, and delivers Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) programs for the sales function.
• Designs and develops training and technical education materials.
• Defines and structures training programs for Mexico and Central America based on business needs products: manual and automated transmissions, clutch, SR4 diagnostic tool and powertrain familiarization.
• Establishes and manages processes for participant registration, payment, and billing.
• Coordinates session logistics, including tools, materials, and execution requirements.
• Supports sales and service teams with specific training needs and requests.
• Delivers both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Collaborates with internal teams to update and improve training content.
• Evaluates participant knowledge before and after training sessions.
