Senior Technical Account Lead – Premier Clients

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to provide strategic technical leadership to premier customers in Mexico City. The role involves overseeing account health, managing technical challenges, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, strong analytical and communication skills, and be bilingual in Spanish and English. A technical degree is preferred. This position offers on-call support flexibility.
