Senior Tax Manager - Energy and Natural Resources

The Role

We work alongside some of the most forward-thinking FTSE 100 and 250 businesses, as well as Corporates across the UK, supporting them with strategic acquisitions, carve outs, de-mergers, disposals, and joint ventures both in the UK and cross-border. Our corporates business is a multi-sector business, including ENR. Our energy clients span oil and gas, power and utilities (including renewables), mining and chemicals.

We provides advisory services across a whole spectrum of areas including deals (including buy-side due diligence and structuring, sell-side vendor assists and vendor due diligence, refinancing and listing support) and international tax (structuring, financing, leasing etc). 

We work collaboratively across the KPMG network, our work often involves advice on multiple countries, taxes, and work.
