Senior Tax Counsel - International & M&A

Multipessoal is seeking a Tax Associate Lawyer to provide expert tax advice on a range of transactions and business matters. You will support private and corporate clients, ensure compliance with tax laws, and represent them in audits and disputes.

The role requires at least five years post-qualification in Portugal, and experience in international taxation, real estate projects, restructuring and corporate M&A, plus fluency in English and Portuguese.
